Welcome to the Help A Gay web site, located at www.helpagay.org (the "Web Site").  The Web Site is owned and operated by Ramsey Digital Media LLC. The following Terms of Service ("TOS") contain the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Web Site. These TOS describe your rights and responsibilities and what you can expect from the Web Site.

1.   If you do not read, understand, and agree to all of the TOS, you may not access or otherwise use the Web Site.

2.   Ramsey Digital Media LLC reserves the right to add to, delete or change these TOS because of frequent changes in Internet technology and applicable law. As such, you should check these TOS from time to time for such changes.

3.   You accept that the Web Site and all Products & Services are provided on an “as is, as available” basis.

4.   The Web Site including all Products & Services are provided for general information purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.  You acknowledge that any reliance upon any such materials, statement, opinion, advice, or any information shall be at your sole risk.  Furthermore, we reserve the right to correct any errors and / or omissions from any portion or our Web Site including all Products & Services.

5.   Your access to and use of the Web Site and all Products & Services may be terminated at any time for any reason, or for no reason at all, by you or by us.

6.   The Web Site is protected by copyright as a collective work, pursuant to U.S. copyright laws & international conventions. You are authorized to download one copy of the material displayed on The Web Site on one computer for your personal, non-commercial use only by you. In doing so, you agree not to remove or amend any trademark, copyright or other proprietary notice. Copying or storing of any Content for other than personal, noncommercial use is expressly prohibited without the prior written permission from Ramsey Digital Media LLC.

7.   No intellectual property or other rights shall be transferred to you through your use of The Site. You may not distribute, republish or upload any of the material on the Web Site in any way unless you obtain the prior written consent of Ramsey Digital Media LLC.

8.   Ramsey Digital Media LLC reserves the right to make changes to the Web Site, including all Products & Services, at any time without notice or liability.

9.   Where we provide hyper links to third party sites we do so for convenience and information purposes only. We do not endorse, review, approve or control, and are not responsible for any sites linked from or to the Web Site, the content of those sites or their products, resources or services.  In addition, third party sites will have their own TOS’s with important information that is not covered here. You acknowledge that linking to any of these products or services on any third party site is at your sole risk and we will not be responsible or liable for any damages.

10. You understand that all donations made to HelpAGay.org are gifts. Donations made to helpagay.org are not tax deductable or considered charitable contributions.

11. You acknowledge that transmissions to and from the Web Site are not confidential and that your communications may be read or intercepted by others. Any unprotected e-mail communication over the Internet is subject to possible interception or loss, is not confidential and is also subject to possible alteration.

12. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold www.helpagay.org, Ramsey Digital Media LLC, and all its owners, agents, employees, information providers, affiliates (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of these Terms of Use including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and costs. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim.

13. Should any part of the Terms of Use be declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, this shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion and such remaining portion shall remain in full force and effect as if the invalid portion of the Terms of Use had been eliminated.
